Ranger Run

For several weeks now I have been trying to improve my 6 mile time. I'm happy to report that yesterday I did 6 miles on the treadmill in 49:16. It felt great!

I've also started to work some sprint routines into my running schedule. This past weekend I did an easy 3 mile run followed by a good sprint workout. I sprinted about 50 yards, then jogged 50. I did that 10 times. I'm hoping this will shock my body a bit and help me shed those additional 10 pounds that I need to get rid of. We'll see!!
